Not recommended at all. I'm giving it a 1 because I can't give it less. My mother-in-law was admitted on June 2nd, and she fell twice, requiring us to go to the emergency room both times because the staff wasn't attentive enough. They don't itemize the extra charges, even when we ask for them, and the worst part is that my mother-in-law passed away on September 16th, and they charged us for the entire month of October, which they still can't refund as of December 29th. Not recommended at all.

Not recommended at all, they don't detail the extra charges and they bill you after the family member has passed away. I've been waiting for a refund for several months and they're never able to provide it.
