It's not a nursing home, it's a haunted house. My father-in-law spent two months there (and thank goodness they got him out), and during that time he's had a urinary tract infection, several burns on his body, pneumonia, and a yeast infection in his mouth. Things that never happened to him at home. An absolute disaster. Furthermore, they're severely understaffed, so the care provided for basic needs like hygiene and nutrition leaves much to be desired. Communication is terrible. Information is scarce and dubious. Zero empathy with family members. If you truly care about the well-being of your loved ones, don't even think about taking them to this place.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY THERE. My father is hospitalized and in critical condition due to the appalling treatment he received there. The condition in which we removed him from the nursing home was appalling. At the hospital, he was diagnosed with dehydration, malnutrition (he's lost a lot of weight), pneumonia, a mouth and urinary tract infection... and he has burns that none of the nursing home staff will tell us the cause of. The staff, and specifically the nurse, Deborah, who is supposed to be in charge of this, has not given us clear information about his condition, washing her hands constantly. We have visited him daily and still haven't been able to prevent all this from happening. I don't want to imagine the condition of those elderly people whom they can't visit often. I wouldn't wish the bitterness we are going through on anyone. THEY HAVE NO HUMANITY OR HEART. TO THEM, THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE, IT'S A BUSINESS!! PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FAMILY MEMBERS THERE

A fantastic team of professionals; the residents are incredibly well cared for. The residence itself is like a 5-star hotel, with fully equipped rooms adapted to suit every resident. The food is prepared on-site and is of exceptional quality. My father is there and feels right at home—it's luxurious.

I wouldn't like, in the future, to have care in this or any other nursing home that doesn't care for the elderly properly. They don't deserve this because it's undignified to treat grandparents this way and to treat the elderly like this.

A 5-star senior hotel, very clean, but with many shortcomings and a lack of staff in every sense, poor communication, little empathy with families... poor management in general, which affects the residents.
