    This place is a disgrace. No hairdresser for two months and my grandmother's hair is filthy even though they're supposed to wash it every day. Her clothes are stained on numerous occasions; I understand that sometimes they don't notice, but many times I've picked her up with stains on her mouth or her clothes were dirty. On December 9th, with 11 degrees Celsius, they returned her to me wearing thin spring trousers and socks with her ankles and part of her leg showing. You are a disgrace.

    My father was a patient for three years. Enrique Panao. I won't be able to thank all the staff for the care they gave him and us, the support and affection we received over so many months from the social worker Alberto, the psychologist Irene, the nurses, assistants, hairdresser, and the receptionists while my father was there. It wasn't easy, due to his illness, to care for my father, but they have the resources and tools. Always with love, patience, and a smile. Words of encouragement and support for us, the family.

    The staff at this center is fantastic; they have a kindness toward grandparents that's hard to find. I have my mother at the day center and I'm delighted. There's a new day center service on weekends and holidays that starts tomorrow. This makes it a cutting-edge center. This new management is improving all services to make life better for our seniors. Thank you for your efforts.

    My grandfather was in that center and my congratulations to the entire healthcare team. When it's impossible to do this work at home, they do it with all their love and patience. Let's value the healthcare workers.
