La Residencia Virgen de la Montaña I presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogia calurosamente la calidad humana del personal, la dedicación de los profesionales y el trato familiar que reciben los residentes, una reseña anterior reporta un deterioro significativo en la calidad de cuidados con falta de atención básica de higiene y salud, así como deficiencias en el personal disponible. Esta disparidad sugiere posibles cambios en la gestión o inconsistencias en la calidad de atención según el período o las circunstancias de cada residente.

We had a relative in this care home, and at first, it was fine. About a year or a year and a half ago, it was beyond awful. A complete lack of care. We had to remind them to cut her nails, clean her wheelchair, and so on. The resident may be elderly and have Alzheimer's, but I believe she requires the same care as someone who is perfectly capable. The doctor and the director—I prefer not to go into details—could use some training and be more understanding and professional. If they lack nursing assistants or nurses, I think with the money they pay, they could hire more people. There's a staff shortage, and the residents are very poorly cared for. I don't even want to think about those residents whose families can't be there every week. If the care was so mediocre for those of us who were there every week, I can't imagine what it's like for those who can't be there. I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone.

My 90-year-old sister is delighted, and so are we. Great stays, lovely staff. Sonia couldn't be more charming and helpful. She handles all the paperwork and other needs for the grandparents." I read someone complaining about the 1,000 euros the company charges; these are used to reserve a place, and they will be returned if you leave AND/OR, in other circumstances, the inmate will be reimbursed. Today is my last day at this care home, where I've been since February. I'm here as my husband's companion, and due to personal reasons unrelated to the care home, we're going home. We haven't lacked anything at the care home, and I want to highlight all the professionals who work here: the doctor, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, therapists, psychologist, social worker, coordinator, cleaning and maintenance staff, and especially the director. They are all wonderful professionals and wonderful people who made us feel like family. Thank you all so much ❤️
