La Residencia Municipal cuenta con un personal dedicado y atento que es valorado positivamente por los usuarios, así como con instalaciones bien equipadas y atractivas para personas mayores. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes respecto a los problemas estructurales del edificio, la calidad de la gestión y la falta de inversión en servicios esenciales, lo que genera opiniones divididas entre quienes aprecian la atención del equipo y quienes cuestionan la calidad general del servicio.

I must say from the outset that the staff are the best thing about the residence—attentive, caring, and helpful to the best of their ability. Although the residence is relatively new, it has leaks and is perhaps in need of renovation, as it has many defects. However, the management leaves much to be desired in terms of resident care. And the owner is stingy with all the essential services. I reiterate that the staff are the best thing about the place, but based on my own experience, I cannot recommend it. Very unfavorable.
