An unforgettable experience for my mother... After a fall and hip surgery at 92, thanks to the rehabilitation team led by Fran, she was able to return home in less than two months. An excellent team with a level of compassion that is hard to beat.

Everyone shares their perspective, and I'm going to share mine. My mother, Lola García Romero, passed away on December 9th. We buried her today. I want to say that I have never seen so much love shown to a person as my mother, and consequently my family, received when we visited her. Especially knowing that she had advanced dementia, and that communicating with someone like that is very difficult. During the two years she was there, I want to believe she felt right at home, even more so. During the difficult times she had, as she had to be hospitalized at HUBU several times due to her health, the care she received before and after her hospitalizations was magnificent. We received empathy, consideration, closeness, and what I consider high-quality care. Right up until the very end. Thank you to everyone; I won't name you all because it wouldn't be ethical and because there wouldn't be enough room. A wonderful experience! My mother spent five months recovering from a pelvic fracture and today she walked home. The staff were kind and caring, the physiotherapy team was spectacular—I don't want to forget anyone: Guillermo, a delight; Yolanda; Susana; Sandra; Mariano; Dulce; Pilar; Pilar from hairdressing; etc. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire Vitalia Jardín team. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less; the treatment of the elderly person and their family was appalling. In one month, they destroyed what little health my mother had left. We got in through a public program, and it seems they don't care (I don't understand why). We feel cheated by the center's management, neglected, and belittled. The nurse even told me they didn't have the resources or the staff to meet my mother's needs. Its bad reputation in Burgos is more than justified; don't ignore it. They'll probably reply to the review saying they're unaware of the case...
