Hi, I'm going to speak up here. The comments I'm reading are all very good. What's the matter? Are we afraid to post the bad ones? Well, I'm going to give my opinion too, to see if it's taken into account: my mother has been there for two months for a broken hip, and I have to say that the staff are wonderful, the caregivers are fabulous, the physiotherapists are phenomenal, and the overall treatment is top-notch. Now for the bad part: the lunches and dinners are bad. You're there, and everyone complains about the same thing: that the food is inedible. What's wrong with this? Why does it have to be like this? I understand that they don't cook with salt, but come on, don't you have enough money to add oil to the food? Do you think that just because people are older, they can't appreciate the flavors of food? You say you have your own kitchen, fine, but what kind of cooks are you? Because a good cook can make a meal that, even without salt and very little oil, still has flavor. A French omelet that isn't dry and brittle, fried eggs where the yolk, the best part, is so good you can spread it on bread—it's a real pleasure to do that, etc. I could go on and on, but I think this is enough. That said, I think the owner should go there every day and eat what's served to the residents, but without giving them priority. Please change that a bit because it's enough to make you cry. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The staff there are incredibly professional, and I want to thank them all for how they treat people and what they have to put up with. Thank you all so much, but absolutely no praise for the food.

I always thought I didn't want to put my father in a care home, but due to circumstances, I've had to bring him here. This care home has exceeded my expectations, especially because of the staff. My father is very happy with their warmth and the way they treat him. He feels right at home. Thank you so much for your work.

I've been living at this center for a few months now due to a broken leg, and it's wonderful how well all the staff at the residence care for us. A special mention goes to the physiotherapists in the gym.
