La residencia "La Saleta Burgos" destaca por su excelente equipo profesional, ambiente familiar y acogedor, amplias instalaciones, variadas actividades y comunicación transparente con las familias, lo que genera una alta satisfacción entre residentes y sus allegados. Sin embargo, algunos usuarios señalan que la calidad y cantidad de la comida es insuficiente para el precio, aspecto que contrasta con el resto de fortalezas del centro y representa la principal área de mejora identificada.

An exceptional place: great professionals, a great atmosphere, large spaces to walk around inside, workshops, and plenty of outdoor space that makes it feel almost like home and not confined. My mother's only major complaint was the FOOD. It was sparse and bland, with little flavor and limited quantity, which makes her appetite diminish. For the price, they could have prepared home-cooked meals and delicious stews, just like most people prefer. If my mother wants to go back for a few months, I'd be delighted if she comes to Villagonzalo. The atmosphere is very family-friendly.

From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly attentive and caring towards my grandfather, always keeping me informed about the activities and events he participates in. I love seeing him smile when he talks about his friends and the things he does. I'm so impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the care and attention my grandfather receives at this residence. I highly recommend it!

What I like most about this residence is that they really care about the residents, organizing activities and initiatives to keep them comfortable and active. When we put my grandmother in the residence, we were scared because of how it sounded, but when we visited her and saw how well she was doing, our fears disappeared.

My relative has lived at this center for several years, and both she and the rest of the family are very happy. From the technical team (physiotherapist, therapists, psychologist, nurses, doctor, management coordinators, and social worker) to the team of assistants, cleaners, and cooks, the warm and friendly service, the welcoming and family-like atmosphere, always open to suggestions and/or improvements, and complete transparency and communication regarding my relative's care. I would like to highlight the app to keep us up-to-date on the lives of our seniors, the daily activities, the cleaning of the entire center, and the outdoor areas where you can take a walk. In short, great professionals and facilities. Without a doubt, 100% recommended.

My aunt has been in the care home for almost five years, and overall I'm very happy. The staff's treatment of the residents is outstanding—professional yet friendly. They provide families with excellent information. They managed the pandemic quite well. They offer a wide range of therapy activities, including physiotherapy and psychological support, and they try to introduce residents to new technologies with tablets in each room, a central portal, and their own internal social network where they send us photos and information about activities, events, menus, and more. In short, a highly recommended center.
