La Residencia Sierra de la Demanda presenta opiniones extremadamente polarizadas que reflejan una situación problemática: mientras algunos usuarios reportan satisfacción con la atención recibida, la mayoría de las reseñas denuncian deficiencias graves en higiene, falta de cualificación del personal, trato inadecuado hacia los residentes e incumplimiento de protocolos médicos básicos. I can't say anything good about this residence... The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, both the furniture and the accessories. The wheelchairs and belts are all torn and dirty, as is the clothing... Flies and vices abound, the food is neglected... The treatment of the residents is inadequate; they are yelled at, told nasty things, even have glasses of water thrown in their faces and then are laughed at! The smell is unbearable... They don't follow the rules. Regarding the capillary blood tests, they don't clean their hands and they always use the same needle without disinfecting it, among other things. I find it very, very serious that the residents, having paid for their care, are not being treated properly. Most of the staff are unqualified, and some are inexperienced. The nurse is quite vulgar, and the care she provides doesn't reflect reality or the regulations. Perhaps in their own country they act this way without any regard for the residents, forgetting that they are paid thanks to the residents! If you tell them the procedure isn't right and you don't like what you see, they tell you to stop messing around, that things are different here... Maybe it's because it's a small town, but that doesn't give them the right to play with other people's health.... And when you see things happening and notice a lot of things, they consider you dangerous, and they treat these people very specially... I sincerely request that you have them inspected several times!

I had my father, who passed away in December 2020... and he was very well and we were happy with the staff... greetings to everyone... no complaints... the staff was very nice

I can't say anything good about it. More than half the staff lack any training, which means medications aren't being given, insulin isn't being administered... And now, on top of that, the few competent and qualified workers they have are being fired with lies and insults.

100% recommended, we were delighted with the care my grandfather received. The only decent nursing home in the area. A 10/10

There's a huge difference between the previous director and the current one, who leaves much to be desired! The House of Horrors... as of today, needs a lot of improvement in every way!
