La Residencia Geriátrica San Miguel recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos familiares elogian la atención y amabilidad del personal, otros reportan problemas graves como pérdida frecuente de pertenencias personales, negligencias en el cuidado y comportamientos inapropiados de algunos empleados. I can't believe the comments I'm seeing... I'm a relative of a resident, and after years there, I can attest that the services and care for residents are quite poor and lacking. It's true that the staff are friendly, but there are also arrogant and unpleasant ones in their treatment of both residents and relatives. Furthermore, they frequently lose clothing and shoes and fail to recover them... not to mention other more serious acts of negligence that I won't go into detail about... I would not recommend this nursing home at all.

A disgraceful nursing home! The disappearance of personal belongings from defenseless elderly people there, such as sunglasses, eyeglasses, clothing, etc. I'd rather not mention it further, but of course, without forgetting the looting of people's wallets without family members even knowing. People who keep other people's things should be ashamed. Life will put everyone in their place.

As with all places, this place was no exception. I hope they improve in every way; our seniors deserve it, and sometimes the care isn't up to par.
