The best nursing home I've ever visited!! Both for the facilities and for the entire staff, starting with Maritina. It's very poorly managed. A mess. It seems the Foundation is only interested in profits so its general director can continue earning 200,000 euros a year, according to the Diario de Burgos newspaper. Regrettable.

Unfortunately, my experience at this care home has been very negative. From day one, the care has left much to be desired. My relative received inadequate attention and felt neglected on many occasions. The lack of trained staff is evident, and responses to residents' needs are slow and ineffective. Furthermore, the management by the directors and housekeepers is poor. They don't seem to consider the concerns of families, and communication is almost nonexistent. Promises of improvement are just that—empty promises. The management of this care home reflects a worrying indifference toward the well-being of the residents. In short, this care home has not met expectations in any way, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will truly be cared for.
