Opiniones

Incompetent. They were going to abandon my son in the middle of the night with his suitcases at San Mamés. They don't know how to deal with real problems. It's no wonder; in a team of 60 people across all of Gizakiak, there isn't a single psychiatrist. Of course, we went to get him before they abandoned him. And the most incompetent of all is the head of the center, whose master's degree in "Group Analytic Psychotherapy" (of between 1500 and 1800 hours) gives him the right to judge, not diagnose—and I seriously doubt he even knows what diagnosing means—any client, given his limited qualifications.

I'll just share my experience. Horrible. Lack of communication...a ridiculous lack of control over users who bring in drugs...they involve me in a support program for my partner and don't give me any kind of notification or information about their comings and goings...a real disappointment. (Perhaps it's just my case, I don't know and I don't care) But that's how the professional who attended to me made me feel at all times, and therefore, the entire center.

My name is Aitor Irasuegui, and I am deeply grateful to the GIZAKI Foundation for their work. Beyond their work, I also want to express my gratitude and appreciation to all the therapists and educators for their dedication. I learned to use the tools to cope with difficulties and moments of weakness, and I am especially grateful for the unwavering support of Berta, a woman with a huge heart and soul from Gordexola. A big hug to the entire team, from Deusto and Gordexola.

I think they should monitor the people in the center more closely because when they leave and go on leave, they go looking for drugs, and some who have someone looking after them get their doses. I think there should be more controls so that people don't fall back into drug use, as has been observed.

Incompetence, social services are absolutely terrible. It's clear they don't have a good work environment because they're stressing each other out. Bad vibes, long faces, and poor customer service. Forget about going anywhere that's Gizakia.
