Don't take your family members if you care about them at all. They're treated with neglect; they barely give them the food they should and need. They're getting thinner and more deteriorated every day; they're treated like furniture, etc. The facilities are appalling. It looks different from the outside, but appearances are deceiving. And that's certainly the case here. Plus, it's very expensive for the treatment they receive.

Unprofessional. My mother-in-law was in that care home, which we moved her to because it was nearby. It was a mistake. The treatment she received at Colisee Indautxu was far worse. They misplaced her belongings and reported hygiene and nutritional deficiencies (these are the exact words of the medical team at Urduliz Hospital). A blood test showed she wasn't taking her medication as prescribed (even though the hospital managed to get her to take it). There was a complete lack of empathy when handling her discharge from their services—which they justified by citing their operating procedures—and it was incredibly difficult to speak with the manager. To top it all off, they accused us of distorting the facts, cited the patient's medical history as a valid excuse (in another review, they said they "won't discuss it" as a favor, when they couldn't because it was confidential information), and called us unprofessional. Honestly, I recommend that anyone needing this type of care think twice before choosing this one.

My grandmother stayed there and I didn't like it... she looked increasingly frail... unlike the residence at number 10 Estrada Perune street... which is just the opposite
