My grandmother has been a resident at this care home, and the experience has been wonderful. From the very first moment, the staff has been attentive, kind, and always willing to help. The facilities are spotless, with very comfortable and pleasant spaces for the residents. What has impressed us most is the care they provide, ensuring that each and every resident feels cared for and supported. Furthermore, the food is varied and tailored to each person's needs. We are truly grateful for everything they have done for her. A perfect 10!

I want to express my gratitude to everyone at the Rodríguez de Andoin V Residence for the care, compassion, and attention given to my father, who was admitted in poor condition after surgery two and a half years ago. Since moving into the residence, his health has improved, he eats properly, his hygiene habits have normalized, and he has maintained his limited independence and dignity. In a residence, we always feel there's a staff shortage because ideally there should always be twice as many, but the team works hard to provide excellent care for our residents. A wide variety of activities are offered for their entertainment, physical exercise, and socialization. Communication with family members is constant, and medical, nursing, and physiotherapy services are available continuously. The facilities are constantly being improved and maintained by a highly skilled professional. It's worth highlighting that the management, effort, and dedication of all the staff, as well as the investment in all types of protective equipment during the pandemic, were outstanding and recognized by public institutions like the Provincial Council because the residents were protected, and mass infections and deaths were avoided. We, as family members, have the responsibility to continue caring for and supporting our elders and providing them with what they need, such as taking them to the dentist, looking after their clothing and accessories, and so on. We must spend a lot of time with them and participate in activities and outings. If we abandon them, our guilt will turn into an attack on the staff and management, blaming them for everything. My father has already passed away, but we are very grateful to the entire team for the treatment and care he received during this time.

We decided to take our grandfather to this residence because we had heard such great things about it. Furthermore, this residence has a number of values that we believe are very important: personalized attention, preserving its identity… In addition, the care he receives is wonderful; they notify us of any new developments or problems and were always attentive to keeping us informed. Not to mention Mentxu's tiles, which our grandfather loved.
