It's been a short experience, but my impression is very positive. We admitted my mother from the hospital to recover from a serious condition. Everything was handled very quickly by the hospital, and the care home responded from the beginning with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism. The staff has been very friendly, and my mother has felt very comfortable. They have been very attentive to her recovery and care. It's very accessible and located in the center of Balmaseda, making it perfect for the area. Without a doubt, a great place.
