My father has been in Orue for three months now, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly caring and dedicated, always maintaining excellent communication with the family. A 10 out of 10 for the staff! Also, a big thank you to Elena, the activity leader, for her fantastic work—she's wonderful—and to Tania as well. Thanks also to the cleaning staff and the information staff for making this process, which isn't easy for families, more pleasant. Best regards.

I want to thank the entire team at the IMQ Igurco Orue Euba Senior Residence for the exceptional care they give the residents every day. It's clear that they're not just professionals, but wonderful people. From the nurses, caregivers, and doctors—who have the patience of saints and always a smile—to the activities and entertainment team, led by Elena, who is simply amazing. It's wonderful to see how they treat our elders with such affection, respect, and joy. And what can I say about the activities… sometimes I even want to join in! 😄 In short: warmth, kindness, professionalism, and affection. A place where our elders are in the best hands.
