Zure-Etxea Bilbao recibe evaluaciones polarizadas: mientras muchos usuarios elogian el ambiente familiar, la calidez del trato y la competencia del personal, existe una crítica seria sobre la dotación insuficiente de cuidadores directos para el número de residentes altamente dependientes, lo que según algunos afectaría la calidad de la higiene personal y la atención a necesidades básicas. Las opiniones positivas destacan la experiencia hogareña, pero quedan contrapesadas por preocupaciones fundamentales sobre la capacidad real del centro para proporcionar cuidados adecuados.

It's shameful that they claim to offer family-like treatment, considering there are 27 residents with a very high percentage of highly dependent people and two staff members caring for them. They say they're meeting the Provincial Council's ratios, but those ratios include all the staff: cleaners, cooks, nurses, etc. These are people who don't take care of their hygiene, getting them up and sitting down, taking them to the bathroom, or taking care of their needs. There are a thousand problems that no one solves because there's no staff to improve the poor care our seniors receive. I wouldn't recommend a nursing home to anyone.
