Opiniones

I'm giving you one star because it's the least I can do. There are people here who shouldn't be working caring for the elderly. I had the misfortune of having to put my father here, but I can say it's not at all recommendable. The staff on the fifth floor don't deserve to be paid for the work they do. They're rude, have bad attitudes, and don't seem to think they have parents too. They move them roughly, feed them poorly or even worse, treat them abusively, etc. I know there aren't enough staff to care for the people here, but there are new girls who seem to have a better attitude towards the elderly than those who have been here a while. My advice is, if you don't like your job, do something else. Don't treat elderly people like this; one day it could be your parents being treated this way. Honestly, I would name some of the awful people here, but I prefer to omit it out of politeness. And as for the administration, they completely ignore our needs. The purees are barely mashed when we've asked for them to be a thousand times more. The rooms are in terrible condition, and the damage to them hasn't been repaired in months. Seriously, if you really want to find a place for your elderly relatives, don't take them here. The way they're treated is shameful, and I want to emphasize the situation on the fifth floor. There are people there who should be doing something else. Disgusting! I had no choice but to keep quiet because of the repercussions for the person who was there. It's very, very sad. If it were up to me, I'd demand that you close the place down or replace more than half of the staff who work there.

It's a nursing home where the entire staff is charming and treats residents and their families very well. You can tell they love their jobs and they create a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.

My father-in-law recently stayed at this care home and noticed the lack of caregivers. And we confirmed this; we saw that the caregivers were overwhelmed with the number of residents they were responsible for, resulting in inadequate care for my father-in-law and the other residents, and an excessive workload for the staff. It's a disgrace.

My father recently started at the day center, but I'm giving it 5 stars because the staff has been wonderful, and he comes home very happy. For me, that's already very satisfying. Thank you very much.

Too many elderly people for so few staff. Direct care isn't bad, but indirectly, care, especially emotional care, is "neglected." Elderly people need time for everything, and with so few staff, they can't meet their needs. They overmedicate so they "don't bother you," and you see your relative drugged and unconscious. Everything has changed since changing residences. Our relative's temperament, too. He's calm and relaxed, and we've never seen him overmedicated. Furthermore, the aggressiveness they told us they suffered from him has suddenly disappeared... This criticism isn't directed at the caregivers, who must have had enough to do due to work overload, but at the group and those responsible for staff management. Users are people, not numbers and money.
