My experience with a family member who has many medical issues has been a 10 out of 10. Social worker, doctor, nurses, assistants, receptionist, psychologist, director... I never once saw a single unfriendly person. Everyone was caring, empathetic, kind, and accommodating; it's a pleasure to visit. Everything is open, even during lunch and dinner. The rooms are renovated like a hotel. The food, according to my family member, was excellent; they even complimented the chef, especially on the starters. The surroundings are also beautiful.

Good afternoon, it's worth highlighting the excellent location, facilities, activities offered to residents, and above all, the outstanding professionalism of the entire team, including management, doctors, nurses, and support staff. Furthermore, they are incredibly kind and compassionate towards both residents and visitors. 100% recommended.

We are delighted with the care our relative is receiving. He was admitted a year ago in a poor psychiatric and psychological state and is now very well adjusted and well cared for. I am in constant contact with the doctor for medication adjustments, etc. They have activities in the morning and afternoon (memory, gymnastics, well-being, songs from his time, etc.). The staff is qualified, and the treatment of the residents is very good. I was impressed by the Christmas activities they had. The effort to entertain them is incredible. The facilities have been renovated after a year of work. The groups are now smaller, allowing our relatives to be with similarly independent people, and the activities are more appropriate. It has a basic gym, but I think it's sufficient for our relatives. My uncle doesn't eat much, but the food served looks delicious. Overall, I give it 5 stars because that's how I see it.
