They are all very kind and friendly, and they treat my sister-in-law very well. They are delightful.

I have to say that my mother was wonderful at the San Ignacio residence, which they also have there, until I moved her to Miribilla. She arrived there in good condition, having been admitted for a broken shoulder from a fall at home. She lived alone, and although she was young (71 years old), she gave up and wasn't very cheerful, making it difficult to live with others anywhere, no matter where she was. To get to the point, the food at this residence was good, but it always had an unpleasant smell. On her first day, she already had gastroenteritis, which she caught there. I was told that she had already been sick at the other residence, and one of the staff members told me that there had been a few infections and that my mother had arrived in good health. And so a few other things happened, but the most important was her fall there, and on top of that, she was taking Sintrom. This happened in the morning without any warning. She had been walking around the residence, ate, and they let her take a nap, but she never woke up and died. They called me to tell me she wasn't waking up, and I rushed out. When I arrived, she was still the same, and they told me she had fallen and that it was nothing serious. She had a bump on the back of her head… In short, she's in a residence to be cared for. Nobody is saying they're to blame for her fall, but taking Sintrom is something that requires taking them to the hospital. Nobody knows how it would have ended if they had taken her sooner; maybe nothing could have been done, but they didn't. The coroner said she died from the blow to the head… It couldn't be clearer, but since there are no images and they won't give them to me, and they haven't given me the report from the residence about how she fell… I'll leave it at that… It's awful, my God… Be more careful and take them to the hospital; they'll decide what needs to be done there. Thank you.

Excellent care for our grandparents; the affection shown to them is evident, and the cleaning is excellent.
