My mother was admitted for a few months, and I didn't like the facility. She died in the nursing home, and from the phone call announcing her death to the moment when her personal belongings were collected from her room, the treatment was extremely rude and lacking in empathy, not to mention going into further details. The only person who acted appropriately during those delicate moments was Unai. I wouldn't recommend it at all; management needs to do a lot to improve things.

My uncle stayed here for a long time, and I can't thank him enough for the excellent service. The facilities were perfect, and the staff was phenomenal. They were always attentive to making his stay as pleasant as possible.

I never thought my grandmother would go to a care home. My father got sick at the same time as her, and it had to be that way. It was an incredibly difficult time. My grandmother has been at Anai Cantero for almost four years. The first two years had a wonderful quality of life, but not so much now... and we can only thank everyone for their love and dedication to her. They treat us exceptionally well, always answering our questions in the best possible way. My grandmother goes practically every day; she knows all the staff, the caregivers, the doctor, and the other women. I wish there were more places like this! Fabulous work, everyone!

My father, who has Alzheimer's in the final stages, has been at the nursing home since March, and we are very happy. The staff treat him with care and respond to his needs in the best possible way. My mother goes every day, and I go two or three times a week, and the atmosphere is very homey. They offer high-quality medical and nursing services throughout the day. This is a highly recommended place for both users and their families. Thank you very much.

Spacious residence with excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My mother has been living there for several years and has improved significantly since moving in. I would definitely recommend it.
