Hogar Residencial Beurko Berria recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas que destacan su ubicación céntrica, la limpieza, profesionalismo del personal y el trato humanitario hacia los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que denuncia falta de personal, mal trato de una asistente y falta de profesionalismo en la gestión, lo que sugiere problemas de consistencia en la calidad del servicio. En general, la residencia goza de buena reputación, aunque hay preocupaciones válidas sobre recursos insuficientes y supervisión del personal.

A magnificent place to live when you need end-of-life care. My mother was a resident there from May 2023 to March 2024, and I have nothing but words of gratitude. Cleanliness, wonderful humane treatment from the entire staff and management. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

The treatment at least one of the assistants receives at this center is deplorable. Frustrated with the center's management due to the lack of staff, she takes it out on residents, family members, and professionals from other fields, such as emergency services. She also complains about her work situation due to overwork, refusing to provide the necessary means for transporting sick residents, claiming to be alone when she has to move residents during her workday, and arguing with them in the presence of family members and residents to avoid working when emergency services arrive. The situations experienced at this center due to the lack of professionalism of those who work there are shameful. If I ever have to look for an assisted living facility for one of my elderly patients, this will be my last option.

A centrally located residence in Barakaldo, just steps from the metro or bus stop, but what truly stood out was the exceptional professionalism of its staff and caregivers, their dedication and affection towards residents, and their kind and caring treatment of families. In short, it was a home!
