A care home with the following architectural barriers: - A stone parking lot that forces you to use a wheelchair to exit because the beach access gate is only opened when the care home director is present. - The ground at the exit to the stone parking lot or the entrance to the care home has unpaved holes. - The beach access gate is very small; a wheelchair barely fits through without being able to turn properly. - An elevator that is not wheelchair accessible. The director does not treat the residents or their families well. She does not provide families with complete information about the situation of their loved one, even going so far as to withhold information and lie. The doctors who visit the residents give them a cursory glance and do not communicate with the families (you have to be very persistent to get them to contact you). Some caregivers lack tact with the residents (they close the room door at night because the residents call out to them and claim they are disturbing the staff, they deactivate the call buttons that residents use to call for help, etc.). Visiting hours are very limited, sometimes even forcing you to leave. The facility is not properly cleaned; they don't sterilize or change feeding syringes, the mattresses are like camping mats, and they don't follow proper treatment or care protocols for the elderly, leaving them neglected.

If you want your loved one to kick the bucket soon, take them to this place. I agree with the review that mentions the parking and everything else, but what it doesn't say is that they eat garbage, purees as a starter. We had to bring snacks for our visit so our mother would have a full stomach for dinner. The director knows what's going on, but like the doctor and the assistants, they completely ignore the elderly residents. They change their diapers once a day, undress them in the elevator to speed things up, and when they get to the room, they're freezing cold. The rooms are just as outdated as the rest of the facility! They lose their clothes, they give them other people's clothes, and I could go on and on about everything that happens until I'm sick of it! Thank goodness we got our loved one out of there, and it was like night and day. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE ANY FAMILY MEMBERS THERE, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE BEACH VIEW, THEY ARE DESPICABLE!!

Trato inmejorable por parte de todo el equipo , desde hace 8 años tenemos ingresada a nuestra abuela y no podemos estar más felices de lo bien cuidada y atendida que está , residencia familiar con servicios de calidad
