Our experience at this care home was extremely unpleasant. Our mother was there for a year until we were able to move her to her current residence. Suffice it to say, our mother's illness worsened significantly, and the treatment we received was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone concerned about the well-being of their elderly relatives. They need to make many changes to provide the service their residents deserve.

Disgusted. One family member every few months with infected wounds. It may happen once, but it's not every few months? The hospital was amazed at the condition of the wounds, informing us that it could be avoided with proper care, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Don't let it go until it reaches such a severe infection.

The little worthwhile work they do is contributed by their employees. The company's management and the state of its facilities are deplorable. Resources are cut without any empathy. Of course, their pockets never suffer; that's the maxim of this type of business. What a shame to end up (or be landed) in a place like this after a lifetime of dedication...
