My experience has been very positive. The staff is attentive and very professional. It's reassuring to know that our loved ones are surrounded by people who care for them with respect and love. I highly recommend it.

I've had my grandparents for 10 years and I have to say that the treatment is exquisite and the attention is excellent, all the staff are 10. Visits to the center are free and you only have to let us know if you're going to take the resident outside so they can prepare them and not wait for them.

For being almost in the center of Barcelona, it leaves much to be desired. For me, the only redeeming quality was a girl who I think is from Argentina. This place needs more frequent inspections to check on the elderly residents and their well-being. Why do they ask you to notify them before arriving to visit your relative? I absolutely do not recommend it.
