My grandfather has been very well looked after at all times, the treatment has been excellent and they have made everything very easy for us.

Not recommended at all. They don't care for or attend to the elderly residents. It's a very large facility with a staff shortage. In our case, my mother-in-law entered with some dementia, but she had been living at home and was able to do everything herself. Within three months, she was in a wheelchair because she developed ulcers on the soles of her feet. She was admitted to the hospital because she stopped eating, and when they saw the ulcers, they were stage 3 and 4, located in areas we hadn't noticed during our daily visits. The ulcers hadn't been properly treated, leading to that point. I especially recommend that if you have them there and can't take them out, have them examined and stop using diapers. For us, it was already too late.

We are very happy and grateful for the care given to my grandmother. We felt very comfortable from the moment she arrived until her final days. At first, it was perhaps easier since she arrived in a more comfortable situation for the staff. She was eventually put in bed, but even then, all the staff were very attentive. Ultimately, she didn't go to the hospital; instead, we were given the option of a private room for her and for us to be with her in her final moments. After what happened (and what no one ever wants to happen...) 😭 the staff came in immediately, and with all the paperwork, her belongings, and everything else, there was no problem. I highly recommend it. Besides everything I've mentioned, it's also very important that it's a large, very personal, and comfortable residence, with separate floors for different levels. There are many activities for the residents, and outside there's a large space to be with your family; you don't need to go outside to enjoy their company.

We are very happy with the care we received from all the staff. From management, Ezequiel and Bea were very kind and attentive. Olimpia goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and helps you with anything you need, as does Virginia. Paula is a delight; she has helped us a lot and answered my many questions. She has been very patient with me and always explains things clearly to avoid misunderstandings. The nursing staff is the same; they are always willing to help, and as soon as I mentioned something about my mother, they looked into it immediately. Thank you so much. The caregivers are all loving and have a smile: Pamela, Naiara, Eli, Gemma… and all the others. Thank you for treating my mother with such care. The same goes for reception: Gloria, Cesar, Judit… they are all lovely. They organize many activities for the residents and are very involved with them. The residence has many areas where you can be with your loved one; it is very spacious and bright. They also keep it very clean. I apologize if I've left anyone out, but we are very happy with all of you. You treat the elderly with kindness and respect. Thank you all so much.
