A 10 for the nursing home. My grandmother had that old-fashioned idea that nursing home meant asylum, and after three days, she thanked us for taking her because of how well they cared for and treated her. They bathed her every day. She was very conceited, and every time they took her to the bathroom, they would put cologne on her and comb her hair to make her feel beautiful and emotionally better. They treated our family like they were just another member of the family who supports you in difficult times.
