Excellent service, 100% specialized staff. My mother-in-law passed away on May 19th. The care was magnificent; we were always attended to by the doctors, psychologists, and other staff members. A wonderful, family-like atmosphere. They help in every way they can, just as anyone would. Each resident is unique, so we understand that the staff (who are people, not robots) do their utmost for their well-being at all times. You do a great job, Betllor! Thank you for everything. 🫂💙🫂💙🫂💙

My grandmother died this Thursday, February 22nd. The treatment was inhumane. Her clothes and small items were missing, and she suffered malnutrition from being starved. In addition, her ulcers were not treated, causing them to become infected. A disgrace. The last day, leaving my grandmother's belongings in garbage bags on the street. A disgrace. You're not professionals, you're monsters.

My mother passed away on February 22, 2024. We were notified of her death late, so we didn't have the opportunity to say goodbye. To make matters worse, we found my mother's belongings in garbage bags, thrown out on the street, like trash. She suffered from aspiration pneumonia, and the caregivers knew how to feed her properly—with a small spoon, in small portions—but because they wanted to finish quickly, they used a large spoon with larger portions. Not to mention the treatment she received... She was suffering from malnutrition because she wasn't receiving adequate nutrition, and my sister had to bring her protein and other necessary supplements so that they would supposedly "give them to her." She developed a sacral ulcer and didn't receive the care she needed, which only worsened her condition, considering that the doctor, at most, only visited once or twice a month for those who needed him. Last but not least, there is no nurse at night, only two caregivers for the entire residence. The treatment was appalling. I'm deeply ashamed of how the residence has deteriorated over time, to the point of having no professionals left. I do not recommend it.
