La Residència Parc de les Aigües recibe un reconocimiento prácticamente unánime de sus usuarios, quienes destacan la calidad excepcional de la atención médica y el cuidado humanizado proporcionado por todo el equipo, desde médicos hasta personal de cocina y recepción. Las familias subrayan especialmente cómo el centro logra crear un ambiente de "hogar" donde los residentes se sienten valorados, cuidados con profesionalismo pero también con afecto familiar, incluso en situaciones de extrema vulnerabilidad y en los momentos finales de la vida.

My mother spent five years in this care home, bedridden and unable to move anything but her arms when she first arrived. She'd been like that for a few years. The first thing they did was put her on an air mattress to prevent bedsores. The care she received was wonderful; they even managed to get her to move her legs, sit up, and even stand up. They went above and beyond, doing so much more than was part of their job or obligation. Everyone treated her incredibly well. And I mean EVERYONE, because from reception, the kitchen staff, assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, the doctor, the manager, and the director, they all treated her with care and, above all, with so much love. They even gave her personal Christmas presents. This past May, she had to be admitted to San Pablo Hospital in critical condition; her time was running out. We were there for many days, and they couldn't do anything more for her. One day, she begged me to please take her out of the hospital; she wanted to go home. "Home, Mom?" "Yes, to my room. It's my home, please." She wanted to go back to the care home. I spoke with the director and asked if, given my circumstances, I could go. My mother was returning in very serious condition and needed palliative care. She took care of everything, spoke with the hospital doctors, expedited the palliative care arrangements. The weekend was approaching, and she wanted everything to be perfect. She even looked after me; I was with my mother those days, so I was able to stay with her. When we returned to her room, everyone was waiting to see her. They all came to give her a kiss, to tell her she was well past being out there, that they had missed her. My mother was back home; she was content, at peace, happy. They were attentive and cared for as professionals, but they also showed her such human, familial affection and compassion. My mother died there, in her room, in her bed, where she wanted: at home. Surrounded by her family. I can only give the residence five stars; it deserves so much more.

Thank you for everything! My mother-in-law has been admitted to the Residence for 7 years with a very serious Alzheimer's process, denigrating for the person herself. We can only have kind words of gratitude and recognition for the care that all the people at the Residence have had with her, until the last moment she was with us. It must not be easy to care for our grandparents affected by these cruel diseases 24/7. Without losing sight of the fact that at home it would unfortunately be impossible to care for our grandparents as they deserve. We will forever be grateful for the care received at the Parc de les Aigües Active Residence.

We have a relative living at the Residence and we have only had good experiences. The managers are doctors and know what it is like to treat elderly people in delicate moments. I wish all the residences where our loved ones have to live were as good as this one.
