I had a relative in this care home, and I must say that, while it's not the most beautiful, the staff make it a truly lovely place. They are incredibly caring and dedicated. Everything is spotless, and they cook on-site. The new director is a sweetheart—so professional and caring. We are so grateful to everyone.

We quite like the current director; she communicates well with the families, and I think they've been handling the COVID situation well. On the other hand, the caregivers' behavior could be much better. We know that a couple of employees have occasionally behaved aggressively toward the elderly residents, even resorting to physical force and insults, which is unacceptable.

Siempre sentados en el mismo sitio sin un lugar donde salir a tomar el sol y que les dé el aire este centro es una jaula.El personal hace cuánto puede no dan a basto y no se quejan al contrario siempre tienen una sonrisa y una palabra amable
