My mother has been living there for 13 years with Alzheimer's, and my sister and I are so grateful for the care she received. It's not luxurious, but the staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. And if you have any problems, the director, Xavi, is always there to help you resolve them. He's a wonderful person with a big heart. Thank you all so much for your care over these years.

The residence lacks sufficient ventilation; the elderly are "slumped" in armchairs waiting their turn to use the bathroom. The odors are very unpleasant; there is no "separation" between the elderly in better and worse conditions. The organization is poor. The services are scarce.
