My opinion is fantastic. The staff are very empathetic and professional, as is the technical team. The facilities are very clean, smell wonderful, everything is tidy, and the residents are very well cared for and kept clean. Honestly, when I visited, I got a very good impression. It's a welcoming, family-like place. The treatment is exemplary, and the concern for the residents is excellent. The times I visit my friend who is in the nursing home, I can only say that the treatment is very good; the professionalism of everyone who works there is evident, from the assistants to the coordinators and the center's management. I see that she is very happy, and it shows on her face, even though she can't say it. It is a welcoming and caring nursing home; not all are so caring toward their families.
