Please do not take your children to this residence. It's all facade, but the Mother Superior, Mother Leonor, psychologically abuses the elderly residents, constantly yelling at them, and the poor things remain silent out of fear. I had to take my mother out of there and I have notified her superiors at the residence past Vic. We had blood tests done upon her release, and she had a urinary tract infection and anemia. We will have to report this to the authorities. Don't leave them there; they will die. I am sending this email on behalf of my mother, who asked me to. We had a very bad experience with the nuns. They didn't help my mother-in-law at all. They were very unfriendly. Everything went wrong with this residence, so we decided to move to a better one.
