The way Lourdes has treated me since my father's death has been unprofessional. She doesn't honor her commitments... I waited seven months to receive a refund of my father's fee after his death. She's a terrible manager. Furthermore, the claim that it's a "Green Residence" is no longer true, since my father has passed away (contracting COVID-19 at the residence after only two months there), but this isn't being mentioned, not even a few words to remember him, as if he had never been a resident. I mentioned it on the Residence's Facebook page, but they removed the comment—a disgrace. Social media is for sharing good and bad news, not for deceiving people.

Absolute disaster. My mother was in terrible, terrible conditions for 15 days. Luckily, we took her with us. Terrible facilities. The owner scammed us out of 250 euros on an initial payment. WE HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK.

Excellent care and attention. Our grandmother lives there and they take wonderful care of her. They organize activities every week. The residence communicates with the children and provides information transparently and with affection. They have a Facebook page where you can see how they live. The food is superb thanks to a good cook. The door is always open for visits (within certain hours) and we see how our elderly relatives are doing each week. And the splendid garden brings life and health to our elderly relatives. Thank you for taking care of them.
