La Residencia Llegat Roca y Pi presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios destaca positivamente sus instalaciones limpias, los espacios verdes, la profesionalidad del personal y la calidad de la atención recibida, una crítica negativa describe la institución de manera muy severa, cuestionando la falta de privacidad, los horarios rígidos y una atención que prioriza la comodidad del personal sobre el bienestar de los residentes. The only notable thing: the cleanliness and the inmates are clean. But it's not a nursing home. It's part prison, part military barracks, part hospital, and part death row. They say they support the elderly, but it's the other way around: the elderly support the nursing home: Inmates must get up when the staff tells them to. They're woken up at 7 a.m., even if they don't want to, so they can go to breakfast at 9 a.m., and from then on, they have 12-hour days with lunch at 1 p.m. and dinner at 7/8 a.m. No privacy, all day exposed to staff and visitors as if they were in a wax museum. Most are sedated so they can do as little work as possible and remain as still as possible. The professional teams arrive, work their shifts, and leave, taking their breaks and vacations, but the inmates stay. Some people reach out and ask you to take them home.

I have visited these facilities and I must say that everything seems wonderful: the location, the landscaped surroundings, the buildings, the cleanliness, and the personal, professional, and humane treatment I received from everyone who attended to me.

After reading some negative reviews about this nursing home, in our case it has been quite the opposite. In February 2019, my father was admitted to the Roca i Pi nursing home. Upon arriving at the nursing home, we noticed a significant improvement in his mobility and stimuli. We are very happy with the nursing home, its facilities, cleanliness, and the care received from the entire staff (nursing, medical, psychological, administrative, reception, etc.). They have demonstrated excellent responsibility and professionalism at all times. During these difficult and complicated times, my father is receiving all the care and affection that we cannot give him due to the COVID-19 circumstances. Before joining Roca i Pi, we visited several nursing homes and we really liked this one because of its peaceful surroundings, its bright facilities, and its gardens. We believe that this is where my father is already well cared for and looked after.

Unbeatable facilities, very friendly staff. You can walk around the grounds, with areas with gardens, benches and tables, to enjoy a more intimate visit with the family. Highly recommended, for specific needs that everyone may have.
