Residència La Vall cuenta con un equipo altamente dedicado y profesional que brinda cuidados de calidad, buenas instalaciones y comida casera de excelente nivel, generando gran satisfacción entre las familias de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una grave acusación de conducta ética cuestionable relacionada con posibles influencias en cambios testamentarios, lo que representa una preocupación seria que contrasta significativamente con las valoraciones positivas del resto de usuarios.

The residents are treated with the utmost care and dedication, always taking their needs and preferences into account. Both the caregivers and the staff are helpful, attentive, and caring. The director stands out for her empathy (towards both residents and staff) and her professional efficiency. Without a doubt, this is a residence where I can take my elderly relatives with complete peace of mind.

My mother has been in the care home for six years since she had a stroke, and she has improved in mobility and speech. She is very content and happy. The staff is excellent, and we also have good communication with management. My brother and I are very relieved to see our mother happy. 😀 The place is very clean, and the food is excellent.

The owners of this nursing home operate by convincing elderly residents to make them their heirs. I know this from personal experience; my mother lived there for five years, and when she died, we were shocked to discover she had changed her will in their favor. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We were very lucky that my mother's last days were spent so well cared for, surrounded by great professionals who gave her the care she needed but above all a lot of love and affection, you can tell that apart from being great professionals they are passionate about their work. The facilities are very good and the food is of superior quality, made right there (no reheated catering) and on top of that you can stay and eat there and see it firsthand. If you are looking for a place for a relative, if there is space (because for more than obvious reasons they are very sought after here) this is the place, they will take care of you as you would or better, because they have the knowledge, desire and all the love to give them. Thank you very much for being a new family in the final stage of my mother... 😘

My mother is at the La Vall Residence. It's a very family-oriented residence, super clean, with its own kitchen and homemade food. The rooms are very cozy. The staff is kind, caring, attentive, and professional. I can deal directly with the managers any day of the week for any issue I have. A great team of professionals. For me, it's a 10 out of 10.
