For me, it was a 10 out of 10. My father entered the residence in January 2023 and, due to his age and the natural order of things, passed away in August. In the eight months he spent there, they brought back his smile, and he was always happy and content. The entire team, including Miguel and Gloria, were wonderful and stayed with my father until the very end. Miguel even supported us at the funeral home, and I will always be grateful to him for that. I wish them all the best.

Le voy a dar 5 para empezar.....mi yaya mañana será la nueva inquilina en este hotel, y estoy segura que estará muy bien, el ambiente....el lugar....el olor...la humanidad.....los servicios y médicos y personal cualificado........sabéis cuando una situación y su alrededor transmiten sensaciones buenas y positivas......esto es lo que senti el día que entré por la puerta. Estoy segura necesitaré muchas más estrellas para valorar a casa Julia

We are delighted with the management of the care home, the good food, the excellent cleanliness, and the good doctor. My grandmother is very well cared for and very happy. The location is also fantastic for us. We hope they continue like this for a long time.

I do not recommend it at all. If you love your family member, it's better to look for another nursing home. It's only recommended if you want your family member to die in 13 days, which is what happened to my father. He had a fever for several days, and after 8 days, he was sent to the hospital. It's unfortunate, no. The next step: on August 13th, he was admitted to the emergency room, which was a Thursday. On Monday, August 17th, when the doctor at the hospital told me they would sedate him so he wouldn't continue to suffer, the doctor at the nursing home called me and said, in her own words: "We already knew he wasn't coming back." In case you think something when you read this comment, several people heard that conversation, just so you know. I'm still waiting for a call to explain why I arrived at the emergency room like this, with dehydration... I DO NOT recommend this nursing home AT ALL.

The excellent management and care they have provided during this pandemic have been admirable, even before it began. We are very pleased with the care, professionalism, and warmth with which they treated our family member. They have always been clear with us and kept us informed of every detail. We recommend them.
