La Residencia Geriátrica Mar i Sol recibe opiniones muy variadas que reflejan tanto fortalezas como debilidades significativas. Por un lado, varios usuarios destacan positivamente la dedicación y calidad del personal de atención directa, así como la actitud cuidadosa hacia los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones importantes sobre la gestión general, las instalaciones anticuadas (antiguo hotel), deficiencias en limpieza y calefacción, falta de personal suficiente, y cuestionamientos sobre prácticas de cuidado en casos específicos.

I'm very happy with the residence. I've had both my mother (almost 10 years ago) and my father (recently admitted). The staff works hard every day to provide the best possible service. I'd like to highlight the caring attitude and, recently, the addition of an excellent social worker who is always at the service of the residents and their families.

Look, it's not a super-luxury residence. It used to be a hotel. It's old. But for now, I'm happy with the staff. I would change the furniture and tidy it up a bit. More staff? Yes. But that's a common problem in all residences. They don't treat my aunt badly. They're quite attentive to the elderly residents. She's been there for a month. We'll see how things develop.

I have to say that they have qualified staff, it's a shame they have to leave because of the conditions they have. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, I guess it's a lack of staff. Regarding heating, they had to put some on us, because they didn't put it on and my mother slept with a jacket on

Quite questionable management. Terrible service. If they don't want to eat, they don't have to; if they want to sleep all day, they're allowed to sleep; they're prescribed medication that leaves them like zombies... Absolutely not recommended.

Exelente atención de Malik y compañía volveremos pronto, lugar muy recomendable alquilamos 3 noches y nos quedamos 5 en total, ubicación muy buena. Somos de Argentina.
