As a care home, we're always extremely happy with the service and the staff. My grandmother (Pilar) is better cared for than a marchioness 😍. Today, the family and I came for lunch with her for Three Kings Day, and everything was better, much better than expected. The food was delicious!

This is the first year we've been able to have lunch with my grandmother at the nursing home. It's truly the perfect ending to a year of care and love. We moved her from another center due to poor care, and here the treatment is outstanding. All the caregivers love her dearly; I always see them with a smile, doing their best to attend to all the residents promptly, whether it's helping with toilet shifts, sitting, moving, etc. Today's menu was spectacular; the fish soup and the duck were 10/10. A round of applause for the kitchen staff as well. They've allowed us to be with her without taking her out of the center, as she has a bad cold and doesn't tolerate going out in the cold well. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team that makes all of this possible. From reception to the staff who went the extra mile today and also helped our families, and to management for allowing this initiative. The nursing staff also gave me a paracetamol, which I needed for my period, and that's another thoughtful gesture to be grateful for. A huge thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart. 💞

This residence is highly recommended, firstly because of the wonderful, caring treatment they provide to both residents and their families. It's a bright and airy residence, all the rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, and most importantly, my mother is very happy. She feels right at home and is truly content with the activities. She especially loves the gym, the parties the residence organizes, the activity room, and how much fun she has chatting with other residents, as my mother is a very sociable person. I could go on and on, but it would all be the same: just saying positive things. As her daughter, I can only thank all the staff, starting with the Director and all the workers, for the excellent work they are doing. I have complete peace of mind knowing how my mother is being treated, and I'm so happy she chose to be there. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 😘👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It has been a very good experience. They have very nice facilities for the residents, making them feel at ease in a welcoming environment. The staff has a family-like approach, covering the needs of all the residents.
