Hello, I'm Sofia. I want to thank the entire team at the Arrels residence for the excellent care they provided to my family member (Manuel Méndez). I especially want to thank the director, Mireia, for being such a professional and compassionate person, as well as the entire team of caregivers, cooks, assistants, physiotherapist, nurse, doctor, social worker, cleaning staff, etc. Thank you all for your kind and caring treatment, for making him feel so at home, and for the joy on his face when we visited him. The experience has been extraordinary in the care and attention given to my mother until the very end. Both the director, Mireia, and the nurse, Mónica, were empathetic, kind, diligent, responsive, resourceful, and professional. My deepest gratitude to both of them. Another noteworthy aspect is the kitchen, managed by Marlene, which was excellent in both quality and quantity, and which my mother greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Marlene.
