They don't let you see the nursing home or the rooms where your relatives are. They're hiding behind the pandemic. There's a huge lack of control over the operation, very serious errors, and a lack of staff. I hope the Generalitat (Catalan government) does its job and conducts all the necessary inspections to ensure the right to a dignified and quality life for the elderly who are there is upheld.
