They also offer home delivery of food for the elderly, and it's shameful that after asking them to stop delivering food to my parents, they charged us for another month and haven't refunded the initial amount. After three months of politely requesting a refund for money that belongs to my father, they've only returned a third of it. Our only option now is to report them here and on social media.

My mother, Pilar Vargas, spent over eight years in this nursing home, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything they did for her. From the first day, she felt safe and surrounded by love. During all these years, she received not only professional care but also companionship, activities, and a family atmosphere that gave her quality of life and joy. She passed away in August 2025, but we have the peace of mind knowing that she was always well cared for and surrounded by love until the end. Es una residencia estupenda. El lugar y el equipo de trabajadores son maravillosos. Mi madre vive allí desde hace un par de años y está estupenda. El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza y con unas vistas preciosas. Disponen de todas las atenciones que los mayores necesitan. Tienen muchas actividades y constantemente están celebrando cosas, cualquier motivo es válido para tener música construir decoraciones y hacer una fiesta! Están siempre motivados y eso me parece fundamental. Yo estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta residencia para mi madre. Sobresaliente.

A very dear person to me, whom I was responsible for, was admitted to the care home. It was a difficult decision to admit her; I always thought it would be better to have a caregiver with her at home, and I have to say I was wrong. At home with a caregiver (who was wonderful), she wasn't happy. She felt like they were controlling her, taking over her house. Everything seemed wrong to her; she didn't want to be bathed, the food was never to her liking—in short, a thousand things. She spent all day in bed, refusing to get up. When she finally entered the care home at the end of March, everything changed. There, she was entertained all day, talking with her fellow residents, participating in activities. She was happy! She was only there for four and a half months because she passed away on August 5th. I'm so sorry I didn't take her sooner. The caregivers, the whole team, were fantastic. I have no words to thank them for all the love and care she received during that time. Thank you so much, I highly recommend this residence, it's a 10 out of 10 for me...
