Although we are generally happy with our grandmother's well-being, personal belongings keep disappearing from our family member, and we believe from others as well. This has been extremely disappointing, as two items have now gone missing, both of them beautiful and of good quality. It demonstrates a lack of professionalism that the center doesn't guarantee the safety and security of personal belongings, and it makes us distrustful. I think this needs to be known, as no one would want to experience this.

Damn the day I put my father in that residence, reported for mistreatment... and the arrogant and rude owner, if there is karma, the person who hurt my father will be paid back in spades..🤬
