La Residència de 3ª edat Bon Repòs recibe elogios generalizados por la calidad de cuidado médico y atención del personal hacia los residentes, con familias destacando la dedicación, profesionalismo y confort proporcionado. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa respecto a la gestión administrativa y el trato post-fallecimiento, particularmente relacionada con la falta de cooperación en la liquidación de cuentas, lo que contrasta negativamente con la excelente experiencia de cuidado directo.

I want to express the good care that my husband, who passed away there in the year and a half that he was, has received. He has been treated with love and dedication and very well controlled by the doctor of the residence as well as all of its staff. A hug for all of them, a 10 for their understanding and patience.

It's a shame that after seven years of dealings with the Bon Repos residence, I'm left with such a bad taste in my mouth because of Alberto. For this man, our relatives are simply a bank account. As long as the relative is at Bon Repos and paying every month, everything is fine. The problem arises when the relative passes away, as then Bon Repos is responsible for settling the accounts, and of course, he refuses to do so. He plays dumb to avoid paying the settlement and keeps stalling. It's a pity that after all these years, I'm left with such a bad memory of this residence.
