Hello, as a family member of a resident, I have nothing but praise for this care home. Since their admission, everything has been easy and the administrative procedures have been quick and efficient. The treatment has been exceptional from the director, Irene, and the caregivers who work at the residence. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, including the rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is spotless. Upon entering the residence, you have a very pleasant and bright feeling. Every time I've needed to contact them to check on my family member's progress, the response has been immediate, which is much appreciated. Thank you so much for all the support you have given me.

Terrible. My grandmother was in this nursing home, and it was heartbreaking how they treated her. Her fingernails were dirty, they lost her clothes, she would fall out of bed because they didn't have bed rails, she had to go to the hospital every other day, she'd get better, come back to the nursing home, and then get sick again there. When we went to visit her, all the residents were just lying around bored on the table, and if you went even slightly past visiting hours, the staff would give you dirty looks and make inappropriate comments. Most of the staff there do everything begrudgingly. Unfortunately, that's how it is in most nursing homes.

I have been visiting this senior residence for several years as a Caritas volunteer. It is always very clean and tidy, both the common areas and the rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional, it is bright and well located, and, most importantly, the residents seem happy to be well cared for there.
