My mother is hospitalized, in fact she died already. I'm not going to go into everything they did wrong, but yes, I don't recommend it. If I could go back, I would never leave any family member, let alone my parents.

My father was there for over a year, and they never let me past the door. It was freezing in winter and sweltering in summer. The food was mediocre and scarce. My father lost a lot of weight, many clothes, and several personal belongings. I haven't gotten back either my deposit or the part of the month he didn't complete because I only gave 12 days' notice instead of the 15 stipulated in the contract. The only saving grace is a few of the caregivers, although they're leaving because of how badly the managers treat them—they're only interested in the money and don't even know the residents. These caregivers are very good at their jobs. CHILDREN, IF YOU LOVE YOUR ELDERLY, DON'T LEAVE THEM IN THIS RESIDENCE.

The nurses are very caring and committed. They do their work with heart and are extremely there for the residents during such a difficult time as Corona. There's lots of crafts, singing, birthday celebrations, and conversation. The residents are taken seriously. My utmost respect and THANK YOU for caring for my grandparents. ❤ Nathalie

Everything was terrible overall, but especially the service and the food. I know they're making cuts, and it really shows. Services are severely reduced. It's the last place I would take an elderly person, honestly, completely dissatisfied.
