La Residencia 3ª edad Casa Les Monges destaca principalmente por la calidad humana y profesionalismo de su personal de atención directa, quienes brindan cuidados impecables, personalizados y llenos de dedicación, así como por sus instalaciones amplias con espacios exteriores agradables y una relación transparente con las familias. Sin embargo, existe una crítica severa respecto a la gestión y dirección de la residencia en cuanto a comunicación con familias en situaciones críticas, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad del servicio según el nivel organizativo.

In my experience, it couldn't be better. I admitted my 87-year-old father, who suffers from dementia and is completely dependent, with great sadness and doubt, when it was no longer possible to care for him at home. It was recommended to me by someone I trust who was in the same situation. The building and facilities might initially seem unappealing, as it's not a beautiful space, but it is very clean and has everything necessary. And what truly matters is the care given to each and every resident, according to their individual needs. The personal hygiene, clothing, food, activities, medical care, and human attention are all impeccable, provided by the director, all the staff, and volunteers. The relationship with the family is completely transparent, providing information, considering suggestions, and offering all kinds of support. My father spent much of his stay bedridden, extremely frail, and we, as a family, who have visited him daily in the afternoons, have been amazed by the professional yet loving care he has received at all times. He passed away 4 days ago, while receiving palliative care at the residence itself, and I couldn't fail to express our gratitude for the care he and his family provided.

My father was a resident of this place, and when I say place, I'm not referring to the caregivers in gray T-shirts, I'm talking about the managers and the management. My father fell ill on February 1, 1918, and the nursing home took him to the hospital, and he died on February 7. Well, from the time he was admitted until he died, NO ONE, and I MEAN NO ONE from the nursing home called to ask about him (I suppose it was one less burden and he also had a bill), which demonstrates the nursing home's moral character. A large residence in the town of Cervelló. Located with unbeatable views of the mountains. The buildings are not very tall, providing many hours of sunshine. It has large terraces with many trees, from cherry trees to a large walnut tree... A small chicken coop and a fountain at the entrance. Now, with Covid-19, a wooden door divider is installed to separate users from visitors. Stone tables and benches. The interior has three large rooms with sofas and armchairs, for watching television or for exercise time. Many bedrooms and bathrooms. A wide range of menus. Unbeatable service from all the residence staff. In short, a great place to have a family. Keep it up, don't change.
