Unfortunately, my father, as has happened so many times before while wandering from hospital to hospital, was admitted to Prytanis this last time. I want to express my gratitude, as a truly unique and unparalleled case, to the nurses, doctor, cleaning staff, etc., for their exceptional professionalism in caring for my father. I want to express my gratitude for the care my mother received during her weeks at Prytanis Aprestadora. She arrived from the hospital in very delicate condition, and from the very first day, we found professional, attentive, and compassionate care from the entire team. Their dedication, constant support, and the respect with which they handled every detail allowed her to experience that time with peace and dignity. We, her four children, also felt supported at all times. We find comfort in knowing that she was in good hands and that she passed away peacefully. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the unfavorable progress of a close relative currently hospitalized at this center. The nurses themselves contradict each other in the information they provide, and the follow-up we've received—in a center supposedly equipped to improve, in our case, it's been the complete opposite. After four weeks, they're just giving us the runaround without offering any solutions. Furthermore, yesterday they administered the wrong medication meant for another patient, causing his blood sugar to spike to 400. And, despite knowing the side effects and consequences, they tried to sell us the wrong medication instead of administering what he was supposed to get.
