My advice is that you absolutely must not take your relatives to the Ors Rosello Residence. Since May 2025, its management has changed; it's no longer a foundation. They have very few caregivers for all the highly dependent residents, and those few caregivers have to do everything, including answering the door, phone calls, preparing medication, carrying residents' clothes up and down, setting tables, changing diapers, and helping patients get in and out of bed. The lack of time they have to properly care for our loved ones is appalling. Having read the owner's reply, I can only say that a pseudonym is not a false identity, and Google suggests it. The "improved resources" he mentions must refer to the large sums of money they're pocketing by skimping on staff and proper nutrition, and the doctor and nurse they claim to have on staff are conspicuously absent.

Great place for seniors. The staff are very attentive and guests are well looked after. Keeping it in mind that it's not their home, they try to make them feel like it is.
