A terrible experience with very serious consequences. Not recommended. The staff there are very kind and well-intentioned, but they are clearly overwhelmed. Although they have increased the number of beds, they haven't done the same with the common areas, which are overcrowded, directly impacting the well-being of both residents and staff. The security situation is unacceptable: no one is properly controlling access, the main gate to the center is unlocked, and the garden fence is broken. In fact, my father managed to leave unnoticed, made it to the town center, fell, and the outcome was terrible. To this day, no one has apologized.

Poorly adapted facilities and lack of staff that leads to little attention to the elderly. They sell themselves as a residence with specific therapy for Alzheimer's patients and this therapy is non-existent. If your family member needs personalized care, I do not recommend this residence at all.
